This is important as the junior will perfect so as not to disappoint anybody. It also relieves the senior some work if at all there is more to be done from them.

Controlling function is also used and in this case all performance activities are monitored closely and if a hitch is detected measures are taken to make things right. This also can be used to detect areas that are problematic and usually cause weakness in the entire production and able to be avoided. Errors affect synchronization of efforts.

The organizing function is now the actual coordination function as it involves doing all the activities to ensure that all efforts are directed to one goal.
